Communication comes in a variety of forms in today’s business world – verbal, visual and electronic. 

The face-to-face meeting however, is still the backbone of the way most business is conducted, from the  “one-on-one” discussion up to multitudinous workshops.

The meeting is an inescapable part of business life. However, do we know how much time we spend, how much time we waste? Time is money. Wasted time reduces productivity, destroys motivation. Have we ever measured the size of the problem? 

Meetings comprise of people. And people are complex and unique. Every individual has their own character traits, strengths, weaknesses, desires, drivers, objectives, leverage, motives, skills and culture. All of a person’s attributes are present when they participate in a discussion.
